Can you return plants?

No. GracePlants does not accept returns on plants as they may suffer from transit stress in both directions. However, we guarantee that every plant will reach your doorstep in excellent condition.

Please note that the plant might appear slightly dull due to transit stress. But rest assured, exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

Can you return non-plant products?
